Rafael Salami holds a BA in Accounting and an MA in Law. Rafael has about 9 years of experience in the field of tax.
Rafael served in senior managerial positions in the Israeli Tax Authority, including senior income tax inspector and later a coordinator of the mixed group- companies, self- employed and trusts in the Tel Aviv Assessing Officer 4. He was also a member of the management board
of the Tel Aviv Assessing Officer 4. As part of his work at the Tax Authority, Rafi has gained extensive experienced in handling corporate, trust, individual and shareholder portfolios. As part of his job, he dealt with a variety of issues in the field of taxation, including voluntary disclosures, international taxation, the capital investment encouragement law, structural changes and more. Rafael participated and even won records conferences regarding the cases he handled, in addition he participated in the Tax Authority quiz in the field of income tax and was selected as an outstanding employee for 3 consecutive years between the years 2019-2021.
Rafael served for many years as a practitioner and lecturer in all areas of income tax at Bar-Ilan university, Kiryat Ono Academic College and the Ruppin Academic Center.
