Welcome to the website of Nimrod Yaron & Co. Israeli and International Taxation (hereinafter referred to as “the Firm” or “we”).  

The following terms of use are written in the masculine gender for convenience only, but the text should be considered applicable to the feminine gender as well.

The content on the site, being appropriate for the professional field, is relevant to the period in which it was written and may not be applicable to every case. Therefore, it should be treated with caution and should not be considered a basis for decision-making or a substitute for professional advice.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Please note that using the Website, including its content and services, constitutes your full consent to the contents of the updated version of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. These documents, as determined from time to time, constitute the legal basis for any matter between you and the Office. Users of the site must carefully read and consider the terms of use. If a user disagrees with any provision in the terms of use, they must refrain from using the site.

The site is intended for use by adult users (18 years and older) and is not intended for minors.

The relationship between users and the firm and the lack of responsibility

The site manager makes every effort to understand the nature of the content displayed on the site. However, it should be clarified that the content appearing on the site is intended to provide initial information only and does not constitute professional advice.

The information on the website does not substitute professional and personalized advice to the client based on the specific circumstances of their case.   • Removing or separating any restrictions, signs, or copyright notices indicating proprietary rights of the Ministry from the Content and/or the Website.
  • Impairing or disrupting the operations of the Website or the servers or networks hosting the Website.
  • Violating the provisions of any law in connection with the use of the Website or violating the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

Users who engage in such prohibited activities will bear the consequences of their actions, including being liable for any damages caused.

Intellectual

All intellectual property rights in the site and its contents, including copyrights in the design, computer code operating the site, and any graphic files, icons, and images, belong solely to the site managers and the office.

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publicly display, deliver to a third party, or modify any part of the content published on the site without obtaining the prior written consent of the site manager.

It is also forbidden to remove copyright notices, intellectual property notices, legal notices, or any other identifying information from documents downloaded from the site.

The site contains links to other websites. The Office is not responsible for the reliability of these links, including the professional information, security, and privacy policies of the linked sites. Therefore, the firm will not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense incurred in connection with these links. Without prejudice to the foregoing, users undertake to comply with the instructions and conditions of the linked sites and web pages.

Breach of Terms of Use and Obligation to Indemnify

Users undertake to indemnify and compensate the Office and anyone acting on its behalf for any damage and loss caused to the Office in connection with the violation of the Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of the Website shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter arising from this Agreement or the Website is the competent courts in the Central and Tel Aviv Districts.

Changes and updates

The Ministry may, at its sole discretion, change the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. The up-to-date terms of use published on the site will be binding for users. The continued use of the site after the Terms have been updated constitutes the user’s acceptance of the updated Terms, including any changes.
