Lecture at the Annual Conference of the Tax Advisors Association in Eilat 2024 – On Practice and Reporting in International Taxation

Lecture at the Annual Conference of the Tax Advisors Association in Eilat 2024

This year too, CPA (Lawyer) Nimrod Yaron will lecture at the annual conference of the Tax Advisors Association.

This time we will talk about the practice behind transfer pricing work, reports related to international taxation (holding a foreign company, international transactions, multinational company). What is the legal significance of the reports? What is the significance of not reporting? We will talk about the importance and essence of the forms.

Issues arising from Form 150 – level of indirect holding, reporting obligation on data not under the taxpayer’s control, points to pay attention to – passive income versus passive profits, new regulations regarding reporting for new immigrants and returning residents, recommendations of the committee for reform in international taxation.

Transfer pricing issues – what are special relations? Is a benchmark equal to a study? Differences in TP regulations between different countries. When is it necessary to declare an international loan? What is a multinational group? And when should they report?
