With over 20 years of experience, Nimrod Yaron has extensive knowledge of the legal and taxation aspects of business, specializing in international taxation.
Before starting the firm, Nimrod Yaron held senior management positions in the Israeli Tax Authority, including Senior Income Tax Inspector for the Large Enterprise Assessor’s Unit. He later served as Manager of the Corporate Unit and as a Jerusalem Assessor’s Management Board member of the ITA.
Within his roles at the Tax Authority, Nimrod has managed cases that dealt with tax planning in various fields including international taxation, capital investment promotion law, voluntary disclosures, mergers and splits of companies, residency, money transfers abroad, trusts, transfer prices and more. Additionally, as part of his role as a coordinator at the Tax Authority, Nimrod gained valuable experience in accompanying cases in courts.
Nimrod holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ben Gurion University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree specializing in civil-commercial law. He began his career as an intern at PwC in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem.
