Our office holds the position of academic director for a conference of lawyers focused on real estate transactions and relocation in Greece. During the conference, our primary areas of focus will be the various relocation options available in Greece, real estate investments, provisions of the treaty, and pertinent tax planning considerations for Israelis interested in Greece. Additionally, Attorney Michael Palaiologos, who oversees branches in Rhodes and Athens, will be a featured speaker at the conference. He will provide an in-depth analysis of Greek law, including topics such as golden visas and other relevant issues.

Nimrod Yaron, CPA (LL.B and economist)
Nimrod is a former senior official at the Israel Tax Authority, now a managing partner in an Israeli and international taxation consulting firm that operates in over 100 countries. The firm represents individuals, private companies, public companies, venture capital funds and foreign governments in Israel. Nimrod lectures in the forums of the Chamber of Accountants, the Bar Association, the Chamber of Tax Consultants and other academic forums.
Michael Palaiologos, Attorney
Michael Palaiogos, a skilled lawyer in Athens and Rhodes, holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Buckingham. Michael is qualified in AI & Law from Lund University and in Fintech from the University of Hong Kong. With 20+ years of teaching experience, currently, he's an adjunct lecturer in the University of London's international LLB program in Greece. Michael's expertise spans from civil litigation to commercial consulting, and his reputation extends across academia and practice.
