The job includes: a range of ongoing administrative responsibilities (such as greeting clients, managing emails and agendas, scheduling meetings, placing orders with suppliers, and more), providing prompt assistance and support to both clients and lawyers, assistance in marketing response (handling incoming phone calls and initial interaction with potential leads), as well as managing customer relations  (including opening and maintaining customer files and ensuring regular communication). Furthermore, the role entails providing valuable assistance to our professional team, comprising lawyers and accountants. This may involve tasks such as organizing and proofreading professional opinions and documents, and preparing presentations for lectures. The position also entails organizing a weekly happy hour event and more.

Moreover, as you demonstrate increased creativity, resourcefulness, and capability, there are abundant opportunities to engage in various additional tasks. These encompass areas such as content writing and marketing, employee management, social media management, article translation, identifying technological solutions to existing challenges, and developing innovative ideas to streamline operations and enhance the firm’s promotion.
