A graduate of Tel Aviv University, Moran joined the firm in 2018 after 10 years of litigation and commercial law experience. Her experience stems from a private law firm, representing large and well-known companies. She began her career interning at Tadmor-Levey & Co.
Moran has extensive experience in taxation issues, especially in international transactions and taxation. Moran examines the legal aspects of tax issues that arise in our office and writes expert opinions regarding international taxation, residency severance, options, classification of income derived from the court decision, applying the Capital Investment Encouragement Law and more.
